Easy Fix

5月も最終週になりました。
各地では定植や収穫開始、もしくは追い込みの作業など、梅雨入り前の活発な季節と察します。今春は5月にかけて高温や暴風雨、または曇天と高温からの低温と、多くの作物が天気の影響を大きく受けています。
やはり、人間が天気を購入出来ない以上、与えられる変化に強い力を身に付けるしかないと考えます。しっかりと地に根を生やし、作物がもつ本来の力を発揮させるための強靭な作物づくりです。言い換えれば、『優れた鈍感力』を獲得する事がとても重要です。
弊社としては、そんな強い作物づくりと、作業性能の観点から多くの方々にご用命されてきた 固化培地 『Easy Fix (イージーフィックス)』を、新しい提案として日本の皆様にお知らせ致します。
この『Easy Fix』は、これまで日本に存在している播種前に接着剤で培地を成形して固化させるタイプとは全く異なる考え方で設計しています。
それは通常のセルトレイに加水(70Lの培地に対して15Lの水)したEasy Fixを指で押しても反発力を感じる程度に詰め、従来の育苗をすすめるものです。
細かいながらも、しっかりとした三相構造をもつピートを選択しているため、作物の発芽からの成長を抑制せず、スムーズな根の張りを促進します。
そして、定植や鉢上げを行う凡そ3日前頃から徐々に灌水量を減らしていきます。
仕上がりの目処は、セルトレイから培地が収縮した状態です。高品質な有機物と鉱物をバインダーにしており、根群と相俟ってセルの固化を完成させます。
画像は根のかわりに爪楊枝で実験し、完全に乾かしてみたものです。
弊社の定番の育苗培地TS-3に対して、2種類のEasy Fixが異なる特性である事がお分かり頂けると思います。

It was the last week in May.

In May, it is the time when permanent planting, the harvest of seedlings, the management work are active. And it is important time before rainy season begins.
There are a high temperature, a storm, a heavy rain, a cloudy sky, a spike of the temperature, and the crops greatly catch the influence of the weather this spring.

After all the human being cannot purchase weather. We are wearing it by power resisting a change of nature. The crops grow a root well, and it is important that  show original power.
In other words, it is to get "a superior insensibility power".

As us, We will tell Japanese all of you about solidification substrates "EasyFix" as new suggestion from the viewpoint of strong making of crops and work performance.
This "EasyFix" is the design that is at all different from the type to mold a substrate in adhesive before the dissemination that there is in the other companies conventionally.

At first how to use EasyFix increases water (for a nutrient medium of 70L water of 15L)

and I feel repulsion even if I push it with a finger and fill the cell tray with enough quantity, and a line sells raising of seedling same as before.
This substrate is fine and small, but uses the peat moss having the physical structure that I did well. Therefore, I promote the tension of the smooth root without controlling growth since the crops germinated.

And I gradually reduce quantity of affusion from approximately three days ago to perform permanent planting and naturalization.

The prospect of the finish is the state that a substrate shrank from a cell tray.
I make high-quality organic matter and mineral a binder and I am combined with root group and complete the solidification of the cell.

It was a toothpick and experimented on the image in substitution for a root and completely dried it.
For our basic raising of seedling substrate TS-3, I think that you can understand that two kinds of EasyFix is different characteristics.

IPM上海

只今、弊社は上海で行われているIPM上海に出展しています。
日本ではオランダからの学びを発展させ、地域の土着天敵を有効活用するなど、高知県に代表されるIPM技術ですが、園芸に相応しい高品質なピートも、これから拡大していくだろうIPMのツールとして提案するものです。
一方、高知県では、環境変化や長期的な品質の高い作物を作り上げるための基材として、弊社の製品が普及しています。
ピーマン、ナス、トマト、花き、花木などの定植時に土壌改良のコアとして投入し、活着と根の生長を促進して、気象変動や病害に負けないたくましい樹をつくる取り組みに採用されています。
いよいよ春夏季。あらゆる作物の躍動する季節。
皆様に実りある事を信じています。

We exhibit now in IPM Shanghai performed in Shanghai.
In Japan, IPM developed the learning from the Netherlands. It is an advanced technique to effectively utilize a local aboriginality natural enemy represented in Kochi.
High-quality peat appropriate for the agriculture suggests it as a tool of IPM which will spread from now on.

On the other hand, in Kochi, our products spread as base material to build up the crops having high quality in the long term for an environmental change.
Our peat is put as heartwood of the soil improvement at the time of the permanent planting such as a green pepper, eggplant, a tomato, a flower, the tree.
Peat promotes root taking and the growth of the root and is adopted for an approach to make the stout tree which does not lose for a weather change and blight.

It is the summer in spring. The season when every crop is energetic.

It grows on all of you and believes a certain thing.

新年度

新年度がスタートしました。
日本において4月は年間で最も特別な節目です。生活、社会がリセットされ、まさしくスタートの4月です。
農業にとっても、秋冬から春夏への本格的な切り替わりとなり、播種、育苗、土壌づくり、定植など、とても大切な季節です。
今はまだ問題視しない病害や生理障害も、この季節のスタートがどうであったかで、長いシーズン中に大きく影響していきます。
弊社としては、予想される様々のネガティブな外的要因に対向し、皆様の安定した農業経営に寄与するため、培地の観点から皆様を支援して参ります。

3月11日、弊社にとって決して忘れてはならない日です。
東日本大震災によって甚大な命、心、財産が失われた、あまりに残酷な傷を負った日です。
4年が経ち、弊社がどれだけ復興のためにお役に立てたのか、活動できたかはわかりません。
弊社にできることは、ただ、ひたすらに日本の農業、生産者のために仕事をすることです。
精一杯のピート培地と、もてるノウハウと技術力をもって、今日より明日、明日より明後日、1年後、5年後、10年後、50年後の日本農業に少しでも貢献することしかありません。
どうか、弊社がお役に立てることがあれば遠慮なくご用命下さい。
どうか、皆様の真の笑顔が戻る日まで一緒に仕事をさせて下さい。

北海道、泥炭

今週は北海道で講演、訪問活動をしています。
北海道といえば泥炭。
弊社としては、切っても切れない所縁のある地域です。
今回はピート、すなわち泥炭とは何か？それがもつ力と課題を明白にして欲しいという生産地からのリクエストで実現した講習会で、沢山の生産者に集まって頂きました。
そして、美唄、旭川、和寒と鉢花や野菜育苗生産者と情報交換や課題整理を行いながら巡回しました。
北海道の泥炭は、レイタンと呼ぶ方もおり、多くの生産者は、泥炭を克服するための歴史をたどっています。
針金と称する短期に泥炭化した樹木枝等が、かつての開墾を阻害した経験。保水力の強さ、酸性度と塩基のアンバランスを補正するための客土による土壌改良。
しかし、一方で自らの泥炭地を積極的に利用し、栽培メリットを創り出している生産者も存在しています。
泥炭のもつ本質的なポテンシャルが、その成り立ちによって良くも悪くも栽培物に影響し、同じ泥炭でありながら存在価値が大きく変わります。
今回の講演では、泥炭とは何かをあらためて考察し、泥炭に出来る事、注意すべき事、将来的な可能性を話しました。
4日間の滞在では伝えきれない事もありましたが、日本最大の泥炭地で営農する皆さんの土壌改良や栽培のヒントに、弊社のノウハウと製品が少しでもお役に立てる事が出来れば幸いです。
そして、今後も一緒に課題解決をして行って欲しいとリクエストを頂戴した事を本当に嬉しく思います。

I work on a lecture, a visit this week in Hokkaido.
Hokkaido is peat "Deitan".
It is an area with the relation that I do not cut even if I cut it as us.
This time "what is peat?"　I had the producers where there was many it in the class that I realized for the request from a person of agriculture to want you to clarify power and the problem that it had gather.
And I went around it while performing Bibai, Asahikawa, Wassamu and a bowl flower and vegetables raising of seedling producer and information exchange and problem rearranging.
The peat of Hokkaido traces the history for the one to call "Reitan" to overcome a cage, many people of agriculture, peat.
The experience that the tree branches which became the peat in a short term which called itself wire obstructed the former cleaning. The soil improvement by the strange land to correct strength, acidity of the moisture holding ability and the imbalance of the base.
However, on the other hand, I use own peat bog positively, and the producer creating cultivation merits exists.
One way or the other, essential potential to have of the peat influences a cultivation thing by the constitution, and the significance of being greatly changes while being the same peat.
By this lecture, I considered something with the peat some other time and talked about a thing, a lookout, the future possibility that peat could do.
I might not tell by the 4-day stay, but am happy if few, our know-how and product can help it for a hint of soil improvement and the cultivation of all of farming in a peat bog biggest in Japan.
And I am really glad in having received a request when I want you to solve a problem together in future.

展示会

本日、弊社はお客様のご厚情により、福井県にてピート培地製品の展示とセミナーを実施しています。
寒い2月ですが、朝から沢山の生産者や技術者、メーカーが集まり、この場であるからこその出会い、情報交換が生まれています。
クラスマンとしては「ピートとは  ピートにできることは」と題した講演の時間を頂戴し、真剣な眼差しの受講者各位に、ピートの精一杯を伝えさせて頂きました。
その中で最もお伝えしたかった事は「ピートの良し悪しではなく、自身の目指す方向と狙う効果が明確であること」です。
福井の皆様と農業にとって、この展示会が2015年の糧になることを信じています。
そして、弊社にこのような時間と場所を与えて頂きましたお客様に深く感謝致します。

We carry out display and the seminar of the Peat product by the goodwill of the visitor today in Fukui.
It is cold February, but many cultivators and engineers, makers gather from morning. At this place, many encounters, information exchange are born.
　"What is Peat? What can you do in Peat?"　Klasmann-Deilmann gave a lecture for an earnest student attending a lecture. We conveyed the truth of Peat.
However, it is that "a direction and the desired effect that the cultivator aims at are clear" that we wanted to tell most in that.
I believe that this exhibition becomes the bread of 2015 for agriculture with Fukui.
And we thank a visitor of Fukui who had you give this when and where deeply.
